At 42Tech Modular, 95% of the assembly is completed in our factory, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing.
Structures are fabricated, erected, and assembled in our audited, certified facility under project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) as part of our approved QAQC program. This work is performed by qualified, experienced craftsmen, ensuring top-quality standards.

All structural raw materials at 42TECH Modular are precision-cut to exact specifications. We partner with suppliers who utilize advanced computer numerical control (CNC) technology because it ensures precise, uniform cuts, enhancing quality, efficiency, and structural integrity while reducing waste and allowing for customization, ultimately improving 42TECH's modular home building process.
Your house's interior will never be exposed to the exterior. As your new modular home is being safely constructed in our plant, your site is prepared simultaneously with excavation and foundation work.
This parallel process ensures your home is ready to move into much faster than a traditional build.
