A groundbreaking innovation inspired by bus transportation's heavy lifting technology. This Wi-Fi-enabled system, equipped with dual arms and a mechanical lockout, elevates structures uniformly from the side, enhancing safety and efficiency during assembly, revolutionizing modular construction.
Drawing from the robust lifting mechanisms used in the assembly of buses, we conceptualized the use of the Earth Lift for our homes. This ingenious system not only streamlines our assembly process but also sets a new standard for safety and efficiency in modular construction.

Pre-Built
Mechanical Room
The mechanical room for the basement is pre-built at our facility to aid plumbers and electricians. By assembling it off-site, they avoid carrying heavy equipment downstairs or traversing finished floors. The room includes the furnace, HRV, hot water tank, and electrical panel, ready for installation before the house's first level, simplifying on-site connections.
Open Web Trusses
At 42TECH Modular, our open web trusses house electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and gas components within floors and roofs, eliminating bulkheads. This design allows for stronger structures by distributing loads across the entire floor space to the walls and foundation. OWTs enable clear spans from wall to wall, removing the need for basement support posts, and are made of mechanically fastened dimensional lumber, unlike chemical-laden TGI’s.

Stacking Guides:
42TECH Innovation
At 42Tech Modular, our stacking guides, steel plates with triangular cones, ensure precise alignment of roof sections onto wall sections during assembly. Bolted onto each section beforehand, they streamline the process, eliminating manual adjustments. With our focus on safety and efficiency, we guarantee accurate placement without the need for manual intervention.

Air Casters: Gliding 80,000 lbs
We employ air casters to move our heavy buildings effortlessly across the floor. These pads, powered by a large compressor, lift structures of up to 80,000 pounds on a cushion of air, enabling easy relocation by just a few individuals. This efficient method streamlines our manufacturing process.
